The Sculptures.
With my sculptures in concrete, I am involved in the balance between the unorganized and the possession of control in the work with the materials.
With this small series, I have brought in the elements of nature to disturb and create incompatible expressions in a continuous contrast.
Basic moods are overthrown and broken down, and others are being rebuilt into a shape that is created in the moment – where energy is in the chance of creating a lasting expression.
There are coincidences and unexpected contradictions that emphasize the unconscious presence. There is a controlled process in the fusion/composition, that lies behind the at times fragile material compositions.

Med mine skulpturer i beton er jeg involveret i balancen mellem det uorganiserede og besiddelsen af kontrol i arbejdet med materialerne. Med denne lille serie har jeg hentet naturens elementer ind for at forstyrre og skabe uforenelige udtryk i en kontinuerlig kontrast.
Grundstemninger væltes og nedbrydes, og andre bliver bygget om til former, der skabes i nuet – hvor energien ligger i chancen for at skabe et varigt udtryk.
Der er tilfældigheder og uventede modsætninger, der understreger det ubevidste nærvær. Der er en kontrolleret proces i fusionen/sammensætningen, der ligger bag de til tider skrøbelige materialesammensætninger.
